It's hard to manage work and life

Being anonymous gives me a safe space. But life is getting tougher than ever each day.
I wish I had a better paying job. I wish I had time to have slow mornings. I wish I could provide for my family and give them the things they much deserve.

I wish I had a chance to rewire rewind and restart.

I wish I could do more than I wish to do.

It's all wishes guys . It's all hopes. . Nothing seems fulfilling. Nothing seems to make me happy.

I have forgotten what carefree days were like.

Adulting is kinda hitting hard. I am not able to cope up. Can someone relate?

I can totally feel ya. And it's not worth doing this for decades. That's why FIRE is there. To get out of the rat race.

Fire ? Please elaborate

You invest hard and quickly pile up a good fortune. Then retire from the rat race. Financial Independence Retire Early. Surely you must have heard about it in the reels?

Yepp, I can feel what you are going through. But remember "You are currently living one of the prayers, what you prayed for." Sometimes it's just about letting things be, observe and just breathe. It's all about timing at times. So, just do your work, keep moving forward and everything eventually will fall into place. ๐Ÿ˜Š Keep shining

You can move out to a chill company? What's stopping you? Why can't you just join some startup or try for a remote role which can give you those slow mornings?

Also. Want to switch the job immediately, but I am not able to weigh in whether I should stay for bonus and appraisal

A few days back I saw people younger than me,making 50 lpa +.(I am 27) I always questioned myself, where did I go wrong? I started working in Accenture for 3.75 lpa, Switched to ml domain. Moved to a startup. Now after 4 years I make 12 lpa with 20.5 lpa offer in hand. I am still unhappy with the new offer, don't know why.

Here are my learnings throughout my life:

  1. Start early, folks who worked and are upskilled in college currently, make a lot of money now(I couldn't solve a simple leetcode problem after graduating from cse degree)

  2. Make sure you are surrounded by ambitious people.(You start achieving goals, which you considered impossible in the past)

3 .Don't be afraid of taking risks, Don't be afraid of failures be resilient.(Resiliency builds character)

4.Learn to say No.If you don't incompetent people will run all over you.

Not sure to what extent this will help you ,I just wanted to rant, here it is.cheers.

Yes, I can relate. Accept, try to improve and move on. This is the only way

This โ€œI wishโ€ is what pulls people down.
You have gotten what your past has warranted, but your future is still 100% in your hands.

Take charge, make a 3 year plan, have patience to follow that.

Youll find peace in knowing that something good is coming and you are moving towards โ€œsomethingโ€ and not a scary void
