Hey guys. I’ve been searching for jobs on LinkedIn for a while now, there’s either no response or a template rejection. Does job search through LinkedIn work or not?
If not, please suggest other effective ways- considering the market now and the layoff volumes. Thank you!
Not sure how you are using it but this seems to be a more effective way.
Get to know about opportunities from the Jobs section.
Try to get you referred if you know someone (LinkedIn will show you the mutual connections).
If you don't know someone you can ask for referrals in different forums and platforms like Grapevine.
Or you can try to connect with the recruiter of the company via LinkedIn and then express your interest and share your profile/cv.
This would work better than just applying on LinkedIn jobs.
