Yeah Same Bro, My Office lacks a culture of keeping folks motivated, it fails to give a reason for people to come to office. No office parties or informal catch-ups for over a year makes it worse.

Me too, even though there seems to be no clear benefit to doing an MBA, somehow it feels it can lead to me feeling better about work. There's no clear rationality to it which continuously makes me feel that I am only considering an MBA to escape my current situation rather than facing it.

I too get you mitre🥹, I feel so damn low just sitting in office that only thing that keeps me alive is the netflix show I watch after work.

No job/work is interesting everything. You just need to get through it to reach the interesting ones. Also, showing up matters as it differentiate between the people with perseverance and the people who give up easily.

That’s a very amazing way to look at things. But sometimes in life everything gets so monotonous, complicated & agitating. You won’t have that energy left to do that.
