Some days going to office just feels like I am just existing to show up.

Yeah Same Bro, My Office lacks a culture of keeping folks motivated, it fails to give a reason for people to come to office. No office parties or informal catch-ups for over a year makes it worse.

Work is not fun anymore, I have been spending a lot of time daily to figure out ways to make things interesting.

Me too, even though there seems to be no clear benefit to doing an MBA, somehow it feels it can lead to me feeling better about work. There's no clear rationality to it which continuously makes me feel that I am only considering an MBA to escape my current situation rather than facing it.
No job/work is interesting everything. You just need to get through it to reach the interesting ones. Also, showing up matters as it differentiate between the people with perseverance and the people who give up easily.
