LTIMindtree hikes

I am switching to LTIMindtree. I am informed that 2LPA is variable and I will get it twice as every year. HR also said I will get 100% variable since compny is doing well. Is it true? How are the hikes here in LTIMindtree?

Thanks for the suggestion. I am not planning to stay in the company for a long period.What about the hikes and variable pay though?

Don’t expect hike and you can expect 90% of variable pay unless you’re top rated.

I heard from a friend who works at Mindtree in non tech role. Almost everyone in nontech got only 2-4% hike despite the company performing very well. She also said most engineers got around 4 to 12% hike this year which is way less. They uses the merger as an excuse to give everyone a 1% hike.

Reach out to company employees on Linkedin and check before accepting the offer. I would suggest ask for more money while joining so even if hikes are low you won't be disappointed.

Companies will always do well in terms of revenue. HRs will use this as a pull to get you interested. But you can't blindly trust them on hike promises. So better go in with a good starting salary.

Company isn't performing well. Lol. It doesn't have projects, new biz. Look at its results. They are only keeping it well, by cost cutting, firing people silently

At least they got 1% 2% and 4% hikes. Imagine working in a support project and having rotational shifts, no leave has been taken (worked on optional holidays too) still got 0% hike.

If you are joining LTIMindtree with a hike of 40% or more, then don't expect any hike for two to three years. The management or your manager would say that you joined with good hike hence we can't give you hike this year. I recommend you to join this company if you have least expections about hike and promotions.

So the variable pay is twice a year? Or once?

Yeah previously in mindtree it was quarterly... Post merger its half yearly ...but dont expect that 100% you are gonna get .. cz 22-23 we got nothing in the name of hike.. barely 1-4%... 23-24 hike .. we haven't received yet ... Even for short term , I would say dont join here ... Only good thing I feel , salary on 28th of every month / early if the month ends r on holiday .... Nd you get snacks in evening...

100% variable = false.
Hike = 0- 8/10% increment annually.

Don’t join the company because in LTImindtree, salary hike is very bad. My brother joined there, and now he is regretting it. They give only 4-5% hike, and don’t expect any hike for 2 years if you are joining on a good package.

My personal advice would be to get the offer letter and use it as leverage to increase your package in your company only. What is your role? Maybe I can suggest some better companies for you.

Oh god! Hikes in LTIMindtree seems like never going to happen. Har jagah pe yahi scene hai. I don’t know why they have delayed the hikes and promotions. It’s a stressful situation out there. I don’t know if I’ll get any hike this year to my salary.
