LTIMindtree hikes

I am switching to LTIMindtree. I am informed that 2LPA is variable and I will get it twice as every year. HR also said I will get 100% variable since compny is doing well. Is it true? How are the hikes here in LTIMindtree?

Thanks for the suggestion. I am not planning to stay in the company for a long period. What about the hikes and variable pay though?

Don’t expect hike and you can expect 90% of variable pay unless you’re top rated.

I heard from a friend who works at Mindtree in non tech role. Almost everyone in nontech got only 2-4% hike despite the company performing very well. She also said most engineers got around 4 to 12% hike this year which is way less. They uses the merger as an excuse to give everyone a 1% hike.

Reach out to company employees on Linkedin and check before accepting the offer. I would suggest ask for more money while joining so even if hikes are low you won't be disappointed.

Companies will always do well in terms of revenue. HRs will use this as a pull to get you interested. But you can't blindly trust them on hike promises. So better go in with a good starting salary.

If you are joining LTIMindtree with a hike of 40% or more, then don't expect any hike for two to three years. The management or your manager would say that you joined with good hike hence we can't give you hike this year. I recommend you to join this company if you have least expections about hike and promotions.

No you won't get 100% variable even if you perform well I got 80% and 90% respectively last year despite of the best performance

TCS or LTIMindtree?

Got offers from these two companies. TCS is offering 2 lacks more thank LTIM. At LTIMindtree I have to go to office 2-3 days/week but in TCS everyday.

Suggestions are appreciated.
