How is the annual salary hike at LTIMINDTREE?

As of now, no proper criteria. It is expected to have some criteria this year. One can know of it in a couple of months.
LTIMindtree is an IT consulting company which offers various business models to organisations across industries. The previous year, LTIMindtree salary hike was in the single digits, almost around 1-2%. There were many employees who did not even receive any hike. In July 2024, LTIMindtree stated that they are considering a hike in the second half. They have also mentioned that the increments would align with the market standards.
I am switching to LTIMindtree. I am informed that 2LPA is variable and I will get it twice as every year. HR also said I will get 100% variable since compny is doing well. Is it true? How are the hikes here in LTIMindtree?
Does LTIMindtree offer benefits and perks like health insurance, transport facilities, and annual bonuses to its employees? Do they also have an education assistance program?
