LTIMindtree hikes
I am switching to LTIMindtree. I am informed that 2LPA is variable and I will get it twice as every year. HR also said I will get 100% variable since compny is doing well. Is it true? How are the hikes here in LTIMindtree?

As of now, no proper criteria. It is expected to have some criteria this year. One can know of it in a couple of months.

What is the salary range for these levels (Specialist and Senior Specialist) and what band/level will LTIM consider for someone with 7+ years of experience.
