Motivation for interview prep?
What keeps you motivated to grind leetcode or random design question every day/week?
Tried multiple times and given up 😔

Hi guys, I'm thinking of starting interview prep but not able to get motivation for doing so. My current company has slowly started becoming toxic and the pay disparity among the employees of same level is huge.
Although the pay thing was not a major issue few months back, the toxicity has started affecting me.
Now coming back to the point, being in bangalore, doing daily WFO, I'm not able to find time during weekdays and on weekends either I'm exhausted or occupied with some household work.
Can you guys please drop in your tips on how guys pull off preparing while working?
PS: I'm currently working as an SDE 2 and looking for senior SDE 2 roles.

How do you people prepare for an interview while working at your current job ? It's my first time doing this as I previously only interviewed when I was out of job and was actively looking for one.
It can be a person/movie/promise/rejection/failure/betrayal/loss/expectation/relationship etc, it could be anything.
