Hello everyone... I'm working in an early stage startup, things with my product team are really good but with the rest of the team like tech, marketing & sales it's really toxic...and I witness that toxicity regularly not directly but indirectly & from time to time I have to witness the same toxicity during stakeholder meeting plus the office vibe is also not that good kind of drains my energy Now when I tried to put down my papers my manager tried to give me a good raise currently I'm at 8 LPA with 1 year of experience & he is giving me a raise of 50% (12 LPA) Now I'm really confused about what to do...need suggestions

Product and marketing don’t really get well; there is always a power struggle. Let’s not even talk about sales teams. Accept the raise and start looking for a new job. Since it’s a startup things won’t change anything soon.

You can take the offer for now and keep looking out with your new compensation as the benchmark. Not sure how viable this is maybe folks with more experience can comment on this
