Next step suggestion

Hi guys, I have worked for 3 years in my company for Blue Yonder JDA software. As the backend and frontend functionalities specialist. With core technologies used as SQL, PLSQL, Control M and Retail Pricing knowledge. I currently earn around 9LPA fixed.

Can anyone suggest me , having this amount of experience and knowledge where is the right step for me to proceed with my career? Really grateful for any help. Thank you!
