Nielsen Media Culture (Not IQ)

Guys who are currently working at Nielsen Media how's the work culture ? Heard they hired most of the Byju's folks from management level to fresher level as well. Also heard that they are recently setting up their business in India. Actually I have an offer from them and was thinking shall I join them or not as there is lack of clarity regarding work culture and other things.
