Hi, I have received an offer from Nielsen media. Base - 36 LPA variable - 4 LPA Experience - 5 years Level - MTS III
Is this a good offer based on Nielsen's standard payroll?

Guys who are currently working at Nielsen Media how's the work culture ? Heard they hired most of the Byju's folks from management level to fresher level as well. Also heard that they are recently setting up their business in India. Actually I have an offer from them and was thinking shall I join them or not as there is lack of clarity regarding work culture and other things.

How much % bonus they will pay from the number they mentioned in the offer. How is group medical policies and reimbursement

There is no bonus for me. All fixed. Group medical policy is around 10 L. No reimbursement.
