True… the guilt I get post fap is generally more than what I get from wasting time from hours of binge watching. Drains a lot of energy psychologically if not physically atleast.

And ig speaking purely based from biology, our testosterone levels go down for an hour maybe post fap before they come back to normal levels, hence maybe the instant loss of energy? What do you think?

But he shares no medical scientific evidence to back claims of NoFap being harmful. Only social scientific research of aggregated impact on a group of individuals. Tbh, social science is hardly a science - anyone familiar with statistics can tell you how easily their studies are faked and "debunked".

I've personally experienced many benefits of NoFap and so have millions of other folks. It only takes 2 weeks of trying it yourself to feel the difference. LiverDoc is going to give some medical scientific arguments and his same old ranting approach won't work for NoFap.

During 1900's doctor also used to prescribed cigarette as a medicine to patients . From the 1930's to the 1950's, patients were prescribed cigarettes by the doctor, as they weren't looked at as dangerous as they are now. The cause of this was because tobacco brands hired throat doctors to explain that dust, germs and lack of menthol were to blame when it came to illnesses, not cigarettes

Firstly, this clown didn't "destroy" anything. He just posted a bunch of very obvious links and aggressive language to "prove" his point. And what did he prove? Masturbation is normal and natural. Brilliant! It's unfortunate that people consider his word as gospel.

Obviously, masturbation is natural and normal, just like sex. Well it's technically sex without a partner. And just like sex, it heavily impacts your mental and physical state.

If you overdo it, it can potentially turn you into a zombie. Which is good for some situations. I used to do it once before every exam to calm down and write for 2-3 hours without any distractions. Helped greatly in sleep as well.

But on the downside, it makes you relaxed and less aggressive for atleast a few hours, or even rest of the day. For some reason, My girlfriend back in the day could immediately sense something's off "you look tired/sleepy/down today" (obviously she didn't know). Also, try lifting or working out in the refractory period.

All of these quirks are applicable to sex as well. But atleast that is meaningful in the context of your relationship.

And if you think all this shit is placebo, maybe you need to read up more about orgasms. The biological driving force behind reproduction cannot and should not be taken lightly.

Tl:Dr - the moron just stated the obvious in an authoritative tone and some other morons celebrated it as him destroying nofap.
