Alternate to Razorpay
Does anyone know of any alternates to Razorpay Payment pages? I want to create product pages for my wife's business but Razorpay rejected the KYC.
I can't join any of these 11 companies anymore:
PhonePe GooglePay RazorPay PineLabs Cashfree Payments AmazonPay WhatsApp Pay Zerodha Groww Park+ NPCI
What should I do next? I think my career has reached a dead end.
How high up in hierarchy are you? If you have/had access to sensitive information, probably them Paytm will consider fighting this non compete, if they do even
Else you are fine as you are
It’s illegal. it’s added just to scare of employees. Plus do these competitors companies even care about these clauses ? Am guessing not. Otherwise no one can hire anyone ever
Are these the only companies that you're targeting, I guess No ! Don't panic around anything , khali baithe kuch bhi timepass krne ke liye. Research , talk, discuss and there are tens of thousands of companies. It seems like every other company rejected you and all of them had an offer for you.
@SdeDrama What is this toxic behaviour bro? I will obviously apply to companies in the same industry na? Imagine what if you couldnt join PWC, EY or KPMG
There is a time period as well with non competes, so maybe get a sense of it. Should be around 6-12 months, from what I see in another industries.
Or tactically, you can just quit Paytm and get all the exit formalities done without telling them you are going to one of these companies (don't tell manager/ update on LinkedIn etc).
Once they complete FnF, give the exit letters etc, go about your life. Legally non competes are not super enforceable, specially if you don't have any sensitive info. So unlikely they'll come after you.

Pls Don't kill me for this. I like Paytm over other apps. It works as a single point for everything I need, be it UPI, CC payment, movies, events, travel, investment and what not.
Is AI to be blamed for this or their Paytm Bank Ban? I l...
