PIP

Hi guys, I am recently facing a situation where I am about to be put in PIP. I was working in US tax for 2 years and my outcome was not coming positive. So to avoid the PIP situation I took a transfer to US compensation for the same. As I thought I can give a fresh start to my career. But recently I have been reached out by talent and they are putting me in the PIP situation. My Coach is also not supporting and I don't want to be in this situation since I have a lot of financial burden and the job market situation is not great as well. What should I do in this situation?
