Please help me come up with a 3500 calorie meal plan.

Drop your fav. low effort - high calorie recipies. The most common out there are the oats PB shake + Soya bean rice. Also any tips on how to stuff food as I generally have a low appetite and can't bring myself to finish the food infront of me.

This is what I was following recently, you can adjust quantity accordingly: Brkfst

  1. 50 gram plain oats +
  2. 1 banana
  3. add 2spoon natural peanut butter
  4. 300ml milk
  5. 1scoop whey
  6. soaked 10 almonds, 5 walnuts and 3 figs
  7. 1 spoon pumkin seeds

Post brkfst A bowl of boiled green peas garnished with cucumber tomato carrot
Or
6 boiled egg whites

Lunch Mixed vegetable rice + a bowl of daal/raajma/cholay + any seasonal veg

Post lunch Boiled or grilled sweet potato + 100-200 gram curd

Dinner Mixed sautted veggies with chicken breast or egg whites or paneer

Post Workout 3gram creatine with 1 scoop whey

Drink 4 ltr water daily
