Paneer sandwich(very easy to prep, 30 mins), Protein oats meal that i make in the night and then eat it next morning. Sometimes i make protein pancakes (30 min prep).
Oats meal is overnight ones? Do you roast the oats before?
Also, what do you add curd or milk?
I don't roast oats. I just add oats, Milk , 1 scoop of protein, Banana, Coffee, honey, Almonds and Raisins. Keep the bowl in the refrigerator and eat in the morning 🤌🏻
It's leftovers or lunch directly.
