Protien!!!!

Working in Pune, office from 10 am to 9pm. Don't have time to make food. Need to hit my protien goals for muscle gain. What should I do?

Max 2 scoops whey. Block 15 somehow (not very difficult) for a 5 eggs item (omlet/bhurji/rice anything). This sets you up with 70gram roughly. For rest - find a local cook who can cook 250 gram chicken and deliver to you. OR opt for services like food darzee. Rest with curd/Greek yoghurt if needed.
