Hrms in your company
Hey - what’s the hrms you are using in your company? Was researching on Darwinbox versus keka. Anyone who has used either or both? Would love feedback from an employee perspective
Based on my experience, I have added review for the applicant tracking systems employed by organisations.
Greenhouse - Personal favourite as most of the time it asks for basic information only. Sometimes, the admins would have configured it for Experience and Education details too which brings down the user experience. Also you cannot track previous applications.
Lever - Also a favourite. It auto fills data based on previous applications. The only issue with Lever is, it tells you that you have already applied for the role only after you fill all the fields and submit the form. This can be corrected by having a check immediately when Email is entered. It doesn't have support to track previous applications which can be included as a new feature so the user knows if they have to reapply or not.
Workday - Show me a single person who likes this? But it's efficient to track previous applications which the above platforms doesn't support.
Darwinbox - Crisp. Easy to track application for the job seeker.
Oracle - Supports password less login using OTP which eliminates password reset process. Good to track applications.
I sigh when I see a Workday application 😅
