Salesforce or Walmart for UX Designer?

Hi all. I have offers from Salesforce and Walmart with same role and almost similar package. What company should I chose ? I am looking for good work culture, work life balance and product. Please suggest.

I talk with UX folks quite regularly, and their teams regularly change, so it gives them a good variety of exposure to various teams. Also, WLB is great at Walmart (depends on team too). Expect calls in US timings, because that’s where business sits. If pay is similar or great, you can think about Walmart.

@DeepChurn Sorry for this out of context question but does walmart have hybrid or WFO mode ? If hybrid, of what kind?

Walmart, cuz when the recession hits in 1.5-2years startups and companies using SF will stop renewing salesforce contracts due to poor customer spending meanwhile Walmart is a basic necessity for survival so relatively will do better and layoffs will be minimal.
