Should I resign??

Hi All,

I am currently employed in ltts and serving 2 year of bond. But I got better offer outside. I am not happy with the salary of 4lpa nor with the work they are offering. Please tell me what to do.

Yes, break the bond, and switch. Just make sure that the other company does not prove to be equally bad

You have 2 options

  1. Leave the job for a better paying job in which you might be happy and feel satisfied by your work, and the money which they will take you for breaking bond, you will get back from your new job in some time. But you could be happy and feel fulfilled with life.
  2. Stay in this job where you are not happy and not satisfied and wait to fulfill your potential and save on that bonds money.

Again this depends on how much time it is left for bond ends vs the hike you are getting
