Im a chain smoker for the last 7 years im trying to quit smoking but im unable to do it . It affects my health severly im noticing everyday. Not sure how long i can live . If i stop quiting gor some days im unable to focus on my work im getting sleep during that time. Im in a high paying job . I will suggest something worth quiting for is the only way you can . Coming from heavy smoker of 9 years , i have stopped smoking from the past 4 months . What drives is the improvement in my health, stamina , the cough. Infact all my smoker friends are also appreciating my progress.
The reason for me was i like living , and a good life atleast requires a healthy heart. In this already so toxic world , the least you can do for yourself, your heart and maybe your loved ones is to atleast stop the smoking habit.
