Working in DI from more than 2 years now, my director is very much biased towards thr favourite candidates. Just for the sake he is assigning projects to me, buy good opportunities like on-site always goes to their favourite ones. He doesn’t even talk properly,many times won’t pick up the call..Always taunting without any reason.. I tried to clear with him, if there is any issue, at that time he says no no bhai esa kuch nai..but later his behaviour is again the same. I am fed up now..He is doing mental torture and always upset me whenever I talk to him..Searching for a new opportunity but no luck as of now might be due to less opportunities in market as of now..
What should I do..?? Please suggest.
