Why do you want to change?
What are your answers, if you are switching after 2-3 years, just for monetary reasons which is/are acceptable to HRs. Currently working as a Java backend developer with latest tech.
Please mention reasons which you should definitely not mention which made you switch. For example, I've heard "toxic work culture" is a reason which is not accepted much, could be wrong as well.
Company not being managed well and you can foresee the downfall
My boss at my previous company was clueless & a bully
If i stay in same company, in appraisal time , they might give less hike , but if I made switch will get 30% for sure
So yeah for me main reason obviously money.
