Can I take a mental health break from job. I am having severe general anxiety and disturbed sleep cycle from past 4/5 months. I hardly sleep. My performance has been going down as well but none of it matters right now.
My work hours are from 12-9:30 and u just don’t get to workout in the gym during evening which i like the most.
My family is not supportive of me leaving the job but u am having panic anxiety attack. Weight going down and unable to focus.
Anything that you can add upon ? Any suggestions ? I literally feel so isolated because of the health concerns and even though I visit office, no one from my team is in Delhi NCR . My team sits in Bangalore office and I am working alone.
