India 🇮🇳
What's the best and worst things about India/Indian culture?? Are we too much influenced by the other cultures/countries??
What are the toxic/bad influence of foreigners which Indians should avoid?? What Indian value should we be proud of and never want to change it ??
Difficult to generalize. Foreigners are a lot more civilized and respectful on average. I would say a good Indian value to adhere to would be respect for elders , value of money. A good western value to absorb is value of time , punctuality , respect for diversity.
I am trying to understand your context of the question.
Can you explain what is the toxic/bad influence you are referring to? Did you face any negative experience from a foreign manager?
