What are the toxic/bad influence of foreigners which Indians should avoid?? What Indian value should we be proud of and never want to change it ??

Difficult to generalize. Foreigners are a lot more civilized and respectful on average. I would say a good Indian value to adhere to would be respect for elders , value of money. A good western value to absorb is value of time , punctuality , respect for diversity.
