Does the Toxic work culture only exist in India or outside India also the same? Are the international Managers good compared to Indian Managers?
There are horrible managers everywhere and Indians are hands down the worst managers ever to exist. There may be exceptions but if you're moving out of India, try your level best to not get an Indian manager.
P.S. it's the same everywhere
I would say Korea is the worst, followed by Japan, China. India is better than trade in terms of WLB. You may find better WLB than India in Europe and NA.
