Cut the junk, embraced Ayurveda. Swiggy/Zomato? Rarely. Probiotics and water? Plenty. Your turn, how do you keep your...
Anyone here who has turned around their overall health? What exact steps did you do? Which doctors you consulted Which dietician did you work with Which trainer What food (vegetarian diet) did you consume Not generic BS
Some fundamentals:
No trainer really cares about your body.
No doctor really cares about your body.
No dietician really cares about your body.
You do, so you should get learning on diet, nutrition, healthcare, exercise and all the related disciplines as you have been granted this great gift of a body for many many years.
What worked for me:
Not eating non-veg food
Waking up earlier
Daily physical activity
Skipping dinner
Good and timely sleep
Minimize packaged food
Minimize eating out
Minimize Swiggy/Zomato
Minimize sugar
Do Ekadashi fasting
Do these, and your health will be transformed.
you should eat more non veg. Just not the usual butter chicken. Eat more boiled chicken and lots of seafood.
