Do they offer variable pay in TCS for freshers? Also, what about other benefits like performance bonuses, etc.?

I had worked in TCS as a grade C2 junior employee and after my 4 years of experience, I received 100% variable pay. There are some additional benefits which I was offered when I was working at TCS. These benefits included performance bonuses, discounts on TCS products and services, generous amounts of leaves and more.
