What is a female friendly workplace

My friend (F) is looking to shift out of the company, are there any companies that have a good program manager role for north of 20 LPA which is also female friendly?

My friend (F) faces routine subtle sexualisation within her present company, and the primary reason in addition to men being disgusting, is that there are no women leaders. She is desperately looking to change teams but the salary hike with promotion is something she needs because moving to another team will delay it further (already happened in her previous team). The manager who has her promotion in hand has also directly misbehaved with her but nothing that she can take to the HR (no proof).

Men feel terrible when women get free growth due to diversity quota in big stable organisations. Discrimination is part of life & learning to navigating through discrimination is everything.

If she has no proof nothing happened. Gone those days when someone would believe women at face values on topic of sexual harrasment. Sorry for her situation, but she needs to gather proof. Like have a phone with recording on in a 1-1 interaction with the violators.

Yeah aligned the last point. Discrimination tho can be done without sexualization. Sexualization creates the issue to be safety related.
But primary reason for this question is to identify potential companies she can switch to which have good quantum of women leaders
