My director told me that I am releasing from the project as my feedback is negative received from the client and I have been working for 6 months in the project
For one or two days I tried to connect with my manager just to clear client people have done politics with me but he has not replied for 8 days. Then later I dropped a mail in detail. But still he didn't even reply not message me.
Will they fire me based on client feedback?
What's this policy to fire the employee?
Please reply me if you know the answer it helps to other as well.
Releasing from project is not same as firing, right? You would be sent to Bench and you may have to search for another project while on Bench.
