Currently I’m a software engineer in corporate. But now my company has full demotivated environment and I’m not able to work or deliver my tasks. I’m applying for other companies also . But don’t even get interviews scheduled.
What should i do? Should i go for govt jobs also? Should i resign first then decide? Should i continue working ? Should i think about career switching?
My brain itself is not braining , and filled with such thoughts.
How is the work load?
Workload is fine currently.
But it’s not working out with manager, the way he thinks works, he thinks everything is so easy and can be everything can be completed in one day.
This pressure is leading to self doubt which leads to not able complete tasks
And the circle goes on
First write out what you want in life, a job is just a mere one thing to convert your time to money which you spend to get the rewards of other people's time. Once you understand what your goals are, you will have answers
