What to do?

Currently I’m a software engineer in corporate. But now my company has full demotivated environment and I’m not able to work or deliver my tasks. I’m applying for other companies also . But don’t even get interviews scheduled.

What should i do? Should i go for govt jobs also? Should i resign first then decide? Should i continue working ? Should i think about career switching?

My brain itself is not braining , and filled with such thoughts.

Workload is fine currently.
But it’s not working out with manager, the way he thinks works, he thinks everything is so easy and can be everything can be completed in one day. This pressure is leading to self doubt which leads to not able complete tasks
