Why is it so difficult to continue fitness routine

5 days of periods every month, then you may fall ill sometimes, then you are plain lazy (coz humans) Just so difficult to keep at it every. single. day.

Not saying women have it difficult (we do), but how do you push yourself everyday to keep fit

I personally try to not keep skip 2 days in a row, unless aforementioned reasons

I have been obese since childhood, so can relate. Why do I workout daily?

Mental Health (anxiety and depression stays away) 1-1.5 hour when I am NOT thinking about work, life troubles I feel better when I can run 4-5 flights of stairs without being out of breath this is petty af. But I love it when I outrun ‘fit’ looking people, outlift ‘fit looking’ people and outperform their ‘fit looking’ arses which were judging me with their petty stares for my fat arse

Haan but wazan nai ja raha bhai

You should cycle your workouts with your menstrual cycle. In each menstrual phase, your body operates better with different workout types. Look it up! Consistency is more important than intensity. Listen to your body and move intuitively.

Yes it is difficult. And it is more difficult to be unhealthy and at risk for diseases. Gotta choose one 💪🏻. The latter will pop up in our 40+ with no way of going back (without the 4x effort of what one can do in their 20s)

You can try going gym during periods as well and can limit it to cardio during those days. It will keep you regular without fomo. About motivation, you need to keep yourself fit to avoid dependency on others to take care of you when ill.

There will be times when you'll skip gym even if you are regular for months or years. It is normal and part of the process. It's okay if you skip once in a while. See picture in stretch of 6months, a year.

Workout Routine

People of Grapevine, how do you maintain (or try to maintain) a regular workout routine. How often do you workout and what do you do.
