You're just trying to change somebody's mind, or influence other people. And then you have a Scientist mode, and this is the mode that you and I, and I'm sure you are already, but people like us should spend 80% of our time in […] And in this mode, anything enters your mind is hypothesis, which you examine from different directions, and then for careful for examination, you're like, "Okay, this is what I think." I’m a fresher and working in a D2C startup and manage the sales team . Should I be moving to B2B sales to see real money ?

My cousin is joining this small (15 people) agency/startup and has been asked these IMO Previous employer's offer letter and payslips are kinda sus? Thoughts? P.S. Offer letter has still not been processed What should be shared and what not?
