How are the stock refreshers and hikes in Microsoft?

got a call from phonepe recruiter for UI (3-5)yrs apparently everyone is Software Engg in PhonePe, which is good. But they have 5 days WFO and whats the salary range they have for me HR wasn’t even able to promise 25-30 base pay. But when i check leetcodr base pays are v high, any phone pe employee would like to comment?
