Need Motivation
How do you guys keep yourself motivated to go to Gym after office?? 🙄
Can’t.. so I do it before office.. but you can try pre workout if it helps.
Go before your work. I usually wake up at 6:30am, reach gym by 7:15am and comes back at 9:00am

Go gym before office, bcoz for office you don't need Motivation
I workout after office hrs and have recently broken the cycle of being lazy. Just make the habit easy to purse, as soon u come home change to gym clothes and do your chores and find the place very close by doesn't matter branded gym only, u go for 7 days continuously u will love gym. Of course your body will show changes and u will love it more. Stay away from work and phone after u reach home until
u come back from gym.
