[Rant] How do you get interviews in big companies like FAANG, PhonePe, Rippling, Atlassian, etc?

I am a fresher. I have already applied to over 60+ companies regardless of their WLB and other aspects. I also have a good portfolio of personal projects. Most people say to find a small startup and directly message the founder(s) and proceed along with it. But I'm unable to find which ones are good companies. Even if I use Linkedin Search by using number of filters, it anyway gives me 1000s of results. It's so hard to find a good company to work for. Also, I dont won't to work for Big 4 or other huge names. And even if I find and apply for the role, most companies don't respond. Only half of the companies sent me automated acknowledgements for my applications and around 10 companies rejected me straight away. Got interviewed at 2, but failed. Any tips on how to find good companies (of any size) and increase the probability of getting interviewed?

I am from Tier-I CSE grad, working in startups since college. Not sure why, but never have my resume got shortlisted in MSFT and Amazon. I am not sure what they try to find in my resume, or whether they even look at it or not. One thing I am sure is I can crack their interviews 4 out of 5 times. I have even cold-emailed managers and recruiters but they don't even reply. Any suggestions?

So, today was my first day in corporate. Joined a company that i hate the most, the government job company. During the induction itself, I experienced shitty HR (including all their internal depts) policies and their shitty rules. They literally told new joiners that they are going to force associates to take up the project, no matter what tech stack you want to work in! what domain do you want to work in! Now, you may ask why did i join them in the first place? Well, the current job market for freshers is just too bad! Graduated in may 2023, spent past 4 months trying to get an interview, but never landed any (when applied with referrals HR said they want 4+ YoE, and also the struggle to get referral. got 2 replies on an avg per 40 DMs (<500 followers) per company, that too after expiry.) In the past 1.5 years, I've cracked OAs and tech rounds of fintech like phonepe and juspay, but final rounds went south due to ghosting and a bit of politics from the college side (i know this because I had some friends working for placement officer and also i confronted that officer). Hence, 4 jobless months led me to join this organization. Please help me structure plan to get a good offer and leave this organization in 4 months.

I have applied for more than 300 jobs. And didn't get back any response. These are the jobs which I found on linkedin in which most of them have more than 200 applicants. For context I'm a full stack developer with 2 years of experience currently working in a startup with a CTC of 7 LPA. I tried cold emailing and messaging in linkedin. I got two interviews after messaging directly to HR via LinkedIn. And I'm targeting less popular startups with less competition. Now my question is where can I find those companies And what's the best way to reach out. Also one final question, I'm a single developer in my company and I'm handling the tech alone make technical disitions, design databases, architect projects, and manage deployments. Can I point out this as a good thing? Will companies get impressed by this? And how much salary can I expect?

Genuine question: how does one get inerview calls from big companies like Expedia, Atlassian, Microsoft and such? Especially if you are a in a non-tech (Marketing to be exact) role? I’m sick and tired of having worked only at startups all my life. Not sure how does one qualify for this.

It has been 25 days since I got laid off from the startup that I was working for. I have given a few interviews. Got rejected in 1st or 2nd rounds in a few, went till the last round n rejected in a couple and haven't heard back from the HR in a few. Not hearing back, unanswered calls, delays in rounds etc. cause a lot of anxiety and impacts my confidence and preparation levels. How do I tackle it? Also, unable to find fresh openings in product/ strategy roles for past few days. This also adds to pressure and uncertainty. In short, it is a very troubling phase. How do I deal with it? Need enormous help from all of you folks. Would love to hear some great thoughts / insights / hacks too.

Few days ago. I have posted about this assignment to do in 2hour. Infact i did this assignment and implemented all concepts. Please note : i only left validation on the client side just a single function to check email regex. They rejected me. If there is any openings for 1+ yoe in react js. Please let me know, i am looking to join immediately. I am literally shocked, cant they think that if i can implement useref, audioref, redux concepts. Can i implement the validations ?
