Confused feelings

I started my internship at this startup. Couple of other college students are also here for internship. And this boy, man! He is not cute or handsome like those who girls drool over. He is nice, very caring, cracks these insanely bad PJs that I laugh on I know I know, I should be focusing on final exams and placements. Next month, he'll be back to Pune, and I'll be here in Delhi. LDR is stupid And this is why I am here. Hi seniors, how does one stop themselves from falling in love?

What all did you not see, and now years later come at you like "How could you be so dumb?"

When a long term friend tells you that they like you more than a friend (and maybe want to be more than friends), but you don't reciprocate their feelings, how do you navigate through this to keep your friendship alive? Telling them that you don't have feelings for them is obvious, but what after that?

I like someone in my office, but not getting the courage to tell that person. because i have created my image like a good person who will not do such things in the office area. Getting questions in mind like: What if that person informed about this to my seniors? What if any problem came to my career? What to do now?

I am a final year student and will be graduating in may and I am now confused because I have been doing internships now for more than a year, first internship was of 6 months as an backend developer and now second internship is still going on and this March 3 I will complete 8 months here as an ML Intern, and now my current company which is a startup has told that they will think about my PPO when they will raise series A in April may and they have hired many senior engineers and have expanded the than to size of 40 and now I have got an another intern position at an YC startup, so what should I do, should I join there as an intern considering the stipend is same which is ₹45k per month and it is also remote but the problem is I will be graduating and I don't have a full time offer, I do have skills but still not having an full time offer bugs me, what should I do please? give some advice.

25M. My parents keep on asking to get marry Because I am earning.. But the thing is I am not prepared for this, need to achieve my goals, not sure I will be reaching my goals after marriage. more over there are some trust issues on arranged marriages. Also I do get this on my mind some times, does marriage is mandatory, can't we live without marriage, I feel this when I see married people pretends that they are happy outside but they are not inside, reasons might differ, lack of understanding, compromises, adjustments, Financial instability . I am in full of confused state. I already rejected few matches because of this mixed feelings and also to achieve my goals.

Hey Folks, I’m in a phase where I have decided to move out from my present company. My present company is very dear to me as it gave me the taste of what success looks like. Honestly, I would have never made it had I not received the support and backing that I got here. I don’t know if I am making the correct decision. Emotions are literally overflowing. One side of mine tells me that I am making the wrong decision whereas the other side is excited to see what future holds for me. Literally anxious of all the thoughts that are crossing my mind. What if , I am not able to perform at my next company ? What if , they decide to hire me and then not honour their offer letter ? What if, the company has a mass layoff and I am impacted ? All these thoughts are literally eating me from inside. Any suggestions on how can I handle the same ?
