I'm a 25yo guy, currently working as a software engineer, earlier I used to enjoy being alone but from sometime I think I need someone to talk to share my day with and listen to theirs. I don't know whether to say this here or not, that I have never dated anyone before and don't believe in dating apps either, and not had much interaction with women as well, but I respect them in every possible way, and would like to have one as a good friend. Try to explore new hobbies. You’ll organically meet new people of similar interests.
Also, guy friends can meet your emotional needs as well if they’re mature enough
Yes but it's easier said than done, I have social anxiety which I developed after 12th standard, have a few friends but never had interactions with women, so thought that I should vent out what I feel and maybe someone with common interest may stop across.
Yes, would be open to connecting to guys as well if they want to talk. My post specifically doesn't target any one gender but yeah it may sound like I'm referring to only women.
I don't think as a man,you are allowed to share your emotions in this society.
You can't trust anyone,if you do share your emotions or weakness people will look down on you.Unless they are family or seniors/mentors who you really trust.

Ok jokes apart, listen buddy, I have gone through ur phase of life, but it's ok, enjoy the things u like to do alone, join some clubs of reading, sports, drama, or any musical instrument etc. (Though u know any of it or not, but try them out) meet new people there.

we have to !! i learnt it ftom my parents !!! my parents suggested me to do so !! it worked nicely !! they advised me to avoid insta and fb strictly !!! and in the city i am working i have payable areas where you can be part of group games like tennis or cricket , volleyball etc where you can enter as an individual and play in group later !!! so i spend most of weekends in they play arenas like this !!! so find such hobbies or buy bike to ride long distance etc etc !! i am damn sure you will find happiness i am damn sure 🫡 i avoid partying , drinking , comparing others life with myself etc etc this will give confidence buddy

Please don't waste your time , take the day off for yourself go on a short trip , have a connect with colleagues, if you stay away from parents and relatives call them and ask how they are . If you stay in P.G hangout with yur room mate and go out . When you reach 30's you can just think only about the memories.
