How is the work culture and wlb in Axtria? What is the avg hike % under normal market conditions. What is the sal range for an AVP in Axtria? TIA

I worked with axtria straight from college for 2 years. The culture is good compared to other similar healthcare consulting consulting companies. I can say salary is good but not that great. For lower levels the hike is around 10-15% min even during these tough times. Not sure about higher levels.. All the best
