I recently resigned from LTIMindtree. Will I still be part of the upcoming appraisal while serving my notice period?

No you are not eligible, since last year they have changed policy

Let them change the policies.
Learned one thing never be part of a company that is merging or demerging.
it's better to change employer.😄

Why do you need appraisal? You already got hike outside. Why do you want to look at peanut flakes? The other offer is not going to increase your offer value based on the appraisal

Why not? I deserve it as I did not receive a penny in the last two years, despite working so hard and getting 4 stars. Yes, I will be getting a good hike in my current CTC after joining my next employer. I just wanted to check if I am eligible to receive this year's appraisal during my remaining two-month notice period.

You deserve your hike. No questions there. These folks have tweaked their policy during merger that outgoing folks will not receive hikes. Earlier they didn't even get variable but now atleast they get 40%.

Check with others in your company. When I was in Accenture, they had given appraisal in my notice period. So may be it is possible in LTI as well.

Bro people who are still in company itself not recieving any hikes. Why LTI bother about people leaving the company.
