Btech in Data Science , Business and Economics at Plaksha OR BMS at Masters Union

Hey guys! I have Plaksha univeristy and masters union as my options. I want to build some substantial business. Telling you about my background we have a family business, we are real estate developer/ dealer( We build flats) then some wholesaler and have restaurant . So maybe after working for 1-2 years i will return back to the base. I personally think Btech( data science) will give me the tech knowledge but gonna miss few aspects of business running.( though a few are covered in it) whereas in BMS which is at Masters union it only has business perspective, not that deep tech. Guys please provide your point of view on it . I am unsure which college should i join.

Your family has 3 good businesses. If you don't have any particular reason to stay here. Go out for undergrad and masters. Plakshas and Munions will come and go. Abroad experience will shape you better Away from family tantrums + new world. Don't miss it

Probably will go for masters now, but what if i ask you between Masters Union and Plaksha ? I am thinking to go with Plaksha as its tech intensive

I am hearing about Plaksha for the first time. My friend was considering Masters Union for undergrad but then later converted to IIMIndore IPM after he had some conversation with an IIM Prof. I didn't go into details. If you so inclined towards tech you can learn everything online. from MIT to CalTech lectures. Look for a uni where you'll find high networth individuals. that's the whole point why people do MBA. You can fix this in undergrad itself.

If you wanna build pure (traditional and startups both) business, interested in business leadership and subjects, go for BMS. Although I think Plaksha B.Tech seems full of interesting and industry-standard list of practical technical and business subjects. So, if you think you want to explore tech and business together or ambition to build business based on tech, or to work in tech for a while, and have confidence in your maths and coding capabilities; you should go for this course.

Yeahh i realised the tech aspect is missing in BMS and i dont want that. Thats why thinking to go with Plaksha . Infact my fees at Plaksha is 30 L where as in the other college its 37 L
