Can i shift internally from NON-IT to IT?

Hi all i m currently working as sap consultant and i m not interested in this..and i want to move to data analyst or data scientist role.. currently having 1.5 years of experience..and i have learnt SQL python Tableau and currently learning probability Please let me know what i have to master in above to get a job And also i have 90 days as notice period Is it possible to reduce or buyout in my current company Accenture If anyone can help me ,it would be helpful for my career and future

Just finished my culture fit round with Microsoft GD for consultant role. I'm confident I'll get an offer for hyderabad. I know GDs reputation. I have 6 years experience and a ctc of 10.x from a local small startup. I wanted to understand after how long in GD can I apply to IDC. I'm willing to give it all. All the hard work required. But do I have to complete 1 year for internal switching.? Anybody know?

Hi All, Recently I got an offer from Accenture ( Kolkata location) in Data & AI vertical. I was interviewed in tech stacks like GenAI, AI&ML. Currently I am working in Deloitte USI and have around 6.5 yrs of experience. I am up for promotion as well but my promotion was denied this year. Not sure what will happen next year. I want to know how's the project in this vertical and job security, wlb in Accenture. Also in the offer letter variable component is mentioned from 0-27%. How's the variable scenario in Accenture. Need your honest opinions. Accenture is giving me 25LPA fixed. Is it a wise option to switch? Thanks in advance.

I had joined oracle as a consultant from campus it being more than 6 month and i am still on bench. And i also didn’t like the domain where i will be put if project is assigned. I am in fear that i will ruin my relationship with manager if I switch internally. What should i do and what is the level of interviews in internal switch.

I'm working in service based company in worst tech (acc to me ). There are not enough projects still they hire so many freshers . Will I get atleast mid senior role outside?(im planning after 2 years exp) I don't wanna start again in entry level. What checklist should I follow to successful switch. Hi, I have recently made a move from Acn ATCI to S&C as a Management Consulting Analyst which I'm happy about but as this was an internal movement I didn't get any hike or change in the Pay. I am underpaid if compared to what others are getting in fact there's a huge gap. Can I expect a market correction? What should I do about this situation? Also will this impact if I plan to switch?
