Just finished my culture fit round with Microsoft GD for consultant role. I'm confident I'll get an offer for hyderabad. I know GDs reputation. I have 6 years experience and a ctc of 10.x from a local small startup.

I wanted to understand after how long in GD can I apply to IDC. I'm willing to give it all. All the hard work required. But do I have to complete 1 year for internal switching.?

Recently I got an offer from Accenture ( Kolkata location) in Data & AI vertical. I was interviewed in tech stacks like GenAI, AI&ML. Currently I am working in Deloitte USI and have around 6.5 yrs of experience. I am up for promotion as well but my promotion was denied this year. Not sure what will happen next year.

I want to know how's the project in this vertical and job security, wlb in Accenture. Also in the offer letter variable component is mentioned from 0-27%. How's the variable scenario in Accenture. Need your honest opinions. Accenture is giving me 25LPA fixed. Is it a wise option to switch?
