Confused if I should go for masters in Ireland or work in India and apply for jobs in EU

Hi folks, I recently joined a company as a DevOps Engineer, fully remote but the only catch is I have to work 5 days/month in US timezone(not a big deal I guess), but my profile will not look good if I quit this company and pursue masters i.e recruiters will see switched 4 companies in ~4 years. The thing is I have good work life balance now to focus on up-skilling with certifications related to my job and decent money to save but on the other hand i want to move out to experience work culture outside India(especially EU) The primary goal is to work in abroad, initially I choose the Masters -> Job ->PR/Blue Card route but now i have a job with good pay with enough savings I can directly move to let's say Germany and try for DevOps/SRE/Cloud related roles. The best part is the current company where i work allows me to work anywhere in the world, so I can still have my current job and search for a new job in a new country. Is it worth to learn a new language, hustle a bit to get a job and settle or take the Masters route ? If i take the Masters student route it would break my career ladder and need to spend more, if i do not i can transition into a senior positions ? Ultimately my mind is a complete mess now please share your opinions folks, have a good day.
