Do you think it maybe nice if we can have the contractual employement?
Something very similar to say Football/IPL etc. Where you have yearly contracts and you take your career year by year, and extend the contract on mutual terms YoY/Contract timelines. I think this is the way for CXOs to in all the big firms. What do you think?

YoY review of contracts renewal is not the same as football. It's basically a consultant contract. You can do it today also and save a lot in tax.

I've actually thought of this approach before but realised that there are some flaws
1. Have a contract based tenure means both employee and org might be stuck with each other when one party has different opions. Certain footballers want to leave but can't. Certain clubs are stuck with players who are not producing anything. These are literally like bonds
2. What makes EPL work is also the league structure that is open to everyone to evaluate and detailed reports on each player's performance and everyone is working towards a common goal. That sort of data in a org will be difficult to evaluate because each org is different, roles are different, output is different, impact is different.
3. In clubs they hire to nurture talent for future use. However in orgs, it's hire based on urgent work needs. This means at times even the org is not aware of their needs or upcoming job posts, this makes planned hiring comparatively difficult to clubs.
