How is anyone okay with it? My seniors are chilling at home while me and my colleagues are busting our ass working 10+ hours everyday for peanuts. We have been straight up told that it will impact our record and appraisal if we don't put in the hours. I mean it is my first job and I don't want to mess it up.

I am into 2nd job and have been 6 months in this job. 1sr job was a very small duration of 6 months. 
Now I feel frustrated about working for such corporates who doesn't even care about personal health. Long hours on few occassions should be fine but for very long it is not fine. 

Please guide on the same if I will be judged basis this if I plan to switch again. ?

Working for a Big 4 company has been terrible. They don't care about work-life balance; they treat us like dirt. 

They think it's okay to work even when we're sick. I start early and finish late every day, and they say it's normal. If I log off before 7, they act like it's a crime, saying, "Even bosses work late, so why can't you?" They even expect us to work on weekends, like it's no big deal. There's no real teamwork; everything feels controlled. I end up with all the work. The bosses are just as bad; you can't talk to them about your problems. Even if you're struggling mentally, they want you to work 12 hours a day. And getting a day off? 

It's like winning the lottery. This job is ruining my mental health. I can't sleep at night worrying about going back to work the next day. They don't care about us; they just want us to work non-stop and forget about our personal lives.

Big 4 pathetic work culture ([RANT])

Got an offer from a 3rd party company. The client will be Deloitte USI. I need to work from a client office location.
3rd party company is saying you can be absorbed in Deloitte based on your performance.
Also you will get similar perks from Deloitte which is given to on role employees.

Can anyone suggest if Deloitte offer such facilities for off role employees?

I just cant handle the pressure and the stress in this role. I am working so hard that I have ZERO work life balance.  The entire day just goes in meetings and meetings.  I think that I don't know anything and am extremely worried about my future. 

The work pressure is a lot here, deadlines are too tight and I have been vomiting from stress at night.
The worst part is, Deloitte never pays for over time.

Anyone else feeling this in other Big4s? I want to switch ASAP or I will die here.

It has almost been 18 months since I have joined TCS. I was on the bench for a total of 5 months in the beginning, and finally got a project.

I went to the office and my manager told me that it would take few days for document verification and security clearance. I was coming to the office daily but had nothing to do. I was getting anxious since I was just watching Youtube videos for almost a month. I wanted WFH but when I asked they said I had to come to office even if I had no work.

Finally, I got a KT from someone working on the project. I came to realise that I was doing work that even a 9th class student can do. The problem? 5 people were doing this work.

The problem? I was working 30 minutes a day. I had to come early to the office, login using my seniors login creds and do timepass work. I have to send an email to our point of contact at the client side that the work is done at the end of the day.

I have learnt nothing here. I feel that these companies are just too inefficient. I am planning to leave ASAP now. I have learnt nothing and I am scared that I will not find another job because I have the Years of Experience but no skills. This is how IT companies destroy your career. Now I am doing DSA to get into another company.

I'm soon to receive an offer from PWC - Associate role, for their Hyderabad or Bangalore office, having reservations about the sbc large org nature and me coming from startup experience what if I'm not able to fit in there.

2.5 yoe backend (python flask mysql pandas etc)
I'm also finding it very difficult to score interviews at more startups.

Should I join PWC as python engineer.

No promotion, no good ratings... inspite of doing so much hardwork and contributions. Feedback: My manager had expected that I should have handled my area independently without anyone's support. And the best part is everyone in team is asking my help..lol. Dont know if they are expecting this from an Analyst..what will happen in future!!!!

I am on bench and so are many people. I am worried that if my utilisation bad for this year then I can easily be laid off.
