I am a student from tier 3 college. Just had the round 1 of Wayfair Software Engineering Internship challenge ( Did pretty well). I don't have any idea how my further rounds of Wayfair internship would be. Apart from this I have got 2 offer letters for Business development Interns who will be offering me a salary of 8-10LPA after internship. I am quite confused about what to choose? I don't feel comfortable choosing BD over a proper tech job/internship, it would be very difficult to switch to development later.

Seeking advice on a potential job switch and compensation. I am currently employed as a Lead Business Analyst(Total Exp:6 Years) at a US-based edtech company with a fixed CTC of 25 LPA. My skill set includes Tableau, SQL, Python, Automations, Statistical Analysis, and Stakeholder Management. Lately, I've noticed a lack of substantial job calls, and the few I've received are capped at ~27 LPA. Some recruiters even claim that I'm already in a higher salary band, which I believe might not be accurate. I'm curious if anyone has insights into potential reasons for this, whether it's related to my skill set, the current job market, or other factors. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Analytics/Data Science compensation and job market

I used to work in a early stage startup. Got selected from campus placement and they provided hefty fix pay(16 lpa) + 16 lpa ( spread across 4 years including esop and bonus) (totally fraud to come on day 0 in IIT). They now fired me. I interview at many startup and they are expecting too much from 6 months experience candidate. I am in between of offer from Deloite but they are only paying (11 lpa fix). What shall i do? According to market shall i take a downball or need to keep patience?
