Glassdoor is now attaching users' real names to profiles without consent

I want to post a honest review but I don't want my current employer to find out about it. Is glassdoor really a safe place or can it be traced back to me?

A better feed: We are hoping to show you less of posts you’ve already seen (A common complain with Grapevine) 5. A new approach to communities on Grapevine 6. A feature buff to Polls - making them even more insights rich 7. Better Link type posts - currently links on Grapevine are broken 8. Grapes V2: People will get grapes for creating ‘Chatty posts’ and ‘Deep Polls’ over and above the current definition of Grapes that is just focused on the number of likes you get 9. An Official Grapevine mixer (details soon!) As always, your feedback and spreading the good word about Grapevine is always appreciated

I don’t know who needs to hear it, but do not blindly trust good glassdoor/ambitionbox/others ratings. In this bad market every company is working well below what their rating portrays. Now it could be 5/5 in one team but 2/5 in another in general sense. However, now the top to bottom trickle of pressure, politics and such is ensuing. You might think you’re seeing good people in ur next job, reviews are mostly good, work/role looks fine and jump into the company - only to realise that soon good people are being removed or they’re moving. See if u are not able to get honest feedback from someone in the company or ur new team before u join - be prepared for harsher reality. Like Swiggy was really good 1 year back or more but no longer. So it’s in ur best interest to get the current ground reality before joining somewhere in this economic condition.

Are these real reviews or fake reviews / managed reviews ?? I don't believe any company could be so good for ~80/90% of folks working there , and that none of the "bad hires"/ ex-employees decide to go on a rant on Glassdoor against the company ...

I am, like you know me here, on social media as well Now that I am looking for jobs, I am reconsidering what all is allowed and what is not. For a rule, I don't talk about politics or religion I do talk about why remote work is better, work life balance, and against being brainwashed in corporate system (which I think is not wrong, but could land me in trouble some day)

We already have many platforms which do the same thing but their major problem is wrong/fake data. So one more similar platform is not going to change anything. It would be revolutionary, if you guys could come up with a way to verify the salaries. Otherwise it's just adding more noise to the already existing junk data. Requesting everyone to please suggest ideas for the same.

I get a weekly digest of employee reviews for my company, and very often I've observed that the negative ones are deleted(clicking on the 'read more' section gets me to an error page). Apart from this, slice is actively putting up fake one-line reviews to save their sinking reputation. Highly unethical on part of slice. I wonder how Glassdoor is even allowing this.
