I recently got offer from an early stage startup in banglore. They raised a total funding of $5.19M over 2 rounds.

My offer is 13 LPA + 1 lakh retention bonus
5k per month for commute and health insurance

I have past experience of 2 years working with 2 startups and building apps from scratch for them.

Honestly I'm really confused about this offer, it is for sure better than my previous offer but I'm not feeling satisfied.

Any suggestions guys?

Hello folks,
So I got an offer from a US based product company for remote role for Product designer.

This company just raised a seed funding.

They don’t have any office in India but their tech team and some of the people from leadership team (CxOs) are from India.

I’m confused whether to go with this offer or not.

Reason: 
1. Their interview process was too good to be true, it was very quick, no assignments given, they just saw the portfolio, ask some process related questions and then they agreed to give offer.

2. It’s a pure remote company with no plans to build office in India in coming future.

3. They have very small team, I’ll be working as 2nd designer only.

4. As per the current job market, I’m afraid about their future.

YOE : 3yrs
Hike that I’m getting is 50%

Help a fellow UX designer decide whether to go with this or not.

I just joined a company and it's been only 2 weeks. When I accepted the offer there was another interview in pipeline and some delay was going. The result came and now I am confused what to do. 

Startup (current company) TC : 27+2 (base+pf)

New Offer from a big firm: 31.5+3.15+1.51+45kUSD(Base+target bonus+pf+stocks 4yrs) = 43.87LPA Annual CTC

It's not easy as it seems. The startup (curr company) has great culture and tech stack. The product is exciting. It is part of a larger parent company. 

Whereas the big firm (new offer) works on a Monolith and work mostly uses Java. Codebase is 20yrs old according to Hiring manager. And one more thing - I hate Java. Why the difference has to be so big in TC 😭 I don't like to be confused. Have you ever been in such a situation? I want to relate my situation.

25M, CSM role

I have offers from 2 companies. Both are companies I admire and have managed them as a CSM in my current company and have excellent relationships. I’ve interviewed for both and the pay is what I expected however which one should I go with?
Company A- 100% remote
Company B- I admire this a bit more. When I asked for making an exception to let me do remote the founder said if I can move to Chennai for 6 months to get in sync with product/team and then go remote we can move forward.

I have notions about moving to Chennai. If it was remote I would blindly select B.

Confused right now which one to go with. I have some borrowed and some experienced notions about Chennai + I moved to BLR just in April 2024

Which offer should I go with?

I received an offer from a US based AI startup which is a service based company offering services of clients in PE space they are giving me a raise only about 1L above my current package 
The position is fully remote 

How should I judge this? As it's not better in terms of money but opportunity is good I think I would get to learn much in AI space which is plus and another plus is it's a fully remote

I am currently interviewing at a big bank in Dubai(on site)for frontend role but haven’t had any technical rounds with live coding or hard questions on js/react. They will pay me good money. Good means double of what I will get in India and zero tax.

The only good thing is salary as of now.

Should I take this opportunity seriously? Any advice?

Wanted opinion on the following offer I received right now from an ed-tech startup in gurgaon.

My experience, 1YOE UiUx,
Place- Delhi
Current Salary 5.04LPA (All fixed and 5 day week office)

What they are offering is 
6LPA (90% fixed, 10% variable - based on performance, to be paid every quater, alternate saturday working)

And I'll have to shift to gurgaon for the job.


Is the offer good or what should I negotiate.
I have to confirm it soon, since they want me to join by monday.

My background: 2024 grad, intern at an startup in Bengaluru, internship extended for 3 months recession is the reason told, no chance of fte.

Now, getting an offer from a startup. Team of 15-16 people. Pre seed stage startup. Will be building product from scratch. Lots of learning. 
Offering decent hike and since i m part of first team...getting small equity too.

Should I join this offer?

I m confused. But also thinking...it is risky but a lot to learn and growth potential is v high.

About me: Full Stack Dev (~2 YOE) focused on web performance. Some experience in Blockchain

Current Company:
- A small startup based out of Singapore
- 18LPA base
- Remote and Async, very chill
- Not much interesting problem left to solve now
- Company not doing very well financially
- Works directly with the founder, handles everything tech.

The company that gave me offer:
- A small startup registered in Singapore, but everyone works from Delhi (Dwarka)
- 22 LPA base
- 5 days fully office, no WFH
- Web3 company, so not very sure about the future
- Not much information available online about the work culture or tech team
- LinkedIn shows only ~6 employees

What would you advice?
It would have been best if I would have stayed at my current org, but then the work there does not interest me anymore. 
But if I move to the new company it will be a bet as I don’t know anything about the company culture, and also it is completely WFO.
Should I wait for better offer? But then I am afraid looking at the current condition of job market.

Confusing Career Decision

Need some guidance. I am currently working in a product based MNC with a decent salary for 8 months. I am having 3 years of work experience. Recently I got an interview opportunity from a US based startup company for a SDE 2 remote role with 50% hike. What shall I do? Should I be continue working in the reputed MNC or try to switch to a startup with 50% hike and complete remote opportunity?

Confused on what to do next

I received 2 offers recently, for context I'm graduating this year-

1 - a PPO for an early stage startup I have been interning for. TC - 10 base + share of revenue generated. Essentially it is a founders office role, but will be closing sales too. Good culture, profitable. 

2- Browserstack for SDET role, TC - 11 base + 5 performance pay+bonus. 

Conflict is - should I choose the startup due to its potential high returns and my preference for the founders office role or BS for stable income and brand value ?

I have got a full time job offer (SDE 1) from a startup who are offering good pay and wfh.

But I was uncertain whether I'll get this offer or not so reached out to another startup and after screening they have scheduled technical interviews.
They are offering the same pay and wfo in Bangalore.

I've accepted the offer from 1st company by considering multiple factors like product, wlb, culture, growth, etc.
So now should I appear for interviews in the 2nd company or I should tell them beforehand ?
I feel it will be a waste of time for that company and it'll be hard for me to tell no in the end as they told their offer and benefits beforehand, and I had reached out to them with interest.

What should I do ?

I got a job offer of 10 LPA base as a Business Analyst at a BFSI company. The work is full remote with an option to do hybrid as well. The office is in Bangalore and I really want to move there since it’s just the starting of my career and I feel like I could learn a lot by being in office, but idk if I can afford Bangalore rent and COL with this base. Any inputs (including your thoughts on if I should stay remote or move to Bangalore) are appreciated.

I am working as chief data officer , but the  company has less data but good wlb and very good environment . Nobody is stoping me to do anything . I got an offer from grab Singapore in Singapore with salary 30000 sgd per month and stocks extra . Should I leave India for Singapore . I have 20 years experience and growing child middle school and current ctc 1.25 inr with bonus . Should I go or not

I got an offer from splunk. The issue is last month I joined a banking MNC with 29 LPA as a fixed CTC.  

Right now Splunk is offering 22 LPA as base, 19 LPA as Retention bonus, and other benefits which makes my total CTC as 41 LPA. 

Not sure what to do? At one side I have a stable higher base pay job and on the other side a higher ctc and interesting job.

Decide Company

I am Interning at a very early stage startup in the Growth Team. My stipend is ₹15,000 p/m and the work is decent - community mgmt, content, product gamification & market research. It’s a pre-seed startup so sometimes I feel lack of resources are putting a cap on my abilities to execute. Though, the founder has assured that we’re close to raising pre seed. I am pretty good friends with the Founder and I’ve met him a few times.
Now, coming to the main part of problem - I casually applied for an Internship in a early stage startup but the team is sorted. They have funds and their founding team is super experienced. Stipend offered is 2x of what I’m getting.
I was wondering If I should opt for that? Or, keep my head down and work for the same startup, ignoring the money aspect? Pls lmk folks.
