Need Advice on Offer

I received an offer from a US based AI startup which is a service based company offering services of clients in PE space they are giving me a raise only about 1L above my current package The position is fully remote

How should I judge this? As it's not better in terms of money but opportunity is good I think I would get to learn much in AI space which is plus and another plus is it's a fully remote
