We got to know hikes today in deloitte and I heard from one of my friend in Accenture that they haven't got single hike in last 2 years. Is that true? Which companies are not giving hike at all? Any idea

I felt so bad after hearing about this. At least we got single digit.

I have heard there is no yearly hike at Publicis Sapient , is it true. Last year  also they have not provided any hike. Can anyone confirm what's happening why it's not providing. Is this process is there in PS.

dunzo laid off ~20-25% of it's workforce today, calling it that they overhired, pretty pre-planned.
And coincidentally some dept. heads are on leave for the next few days, unavailable to answer their team.
I wonder why these people even take up the leadership roles if they can't step forward to answer.

1. some people are pressured into resigning under the guise of poor performance, despite years of dedication.
2. sudden demand for employees to work from the office on specific days, hinting at wanting people to quit on their own.
3. layoff happening as reported by media (and internal group on grapevine), still unclear on how deep the cut will be can be from 20% or above; numbers are speculative, lets wait and watch, many have started getting the calls from HR; shabbily handled.
4. let's not talk about increments 🤡
