How can I connect with senior folks in product management?

I'm in my first product management job and have been here for a while (3+ years). Altho it's been great past few years, I'm beginning to feel a lack of excitement towards it. I'm also a bit unsure of how to plan my future career trajectory. More & more PM jobs now require domain experience. I don't know what domains should I switch to or which domains would even accept me. Such thoughts make me feel paralysed from acting on my current situation and really bring down my confidence. I feel like talking to someone who has seen a few cycles in the industry can help me navigate this situation better. I can't talk to my office seniors about it coz I don't want them to get a hint that I'm planning to switch. And since it's my first job there isn't anyone else left to take advise from either.
