How can I study when trying to concentrate is itself disturbing?
I understand a lot of things and have thought a lot of negative things in order to understand the cause and effect of everything important but these negative things don't go away and especially when I need a distraction from them so that I can focus on studying, my emotions come forward and I get scared of whatever is happening all around the world all at once.
